Citrus peach cooler

This refreshing summer cocktail recipe can be enjoyed as a non-alcoholic cooler, or a boozy daytime drink with the option of adding peach schnapps. Make up a large batch for a BBQ, picnic or buffet-style dinner and enjoy as an alternative to Pimms

- 2 lemonsjuiced
- 2 limesjuiced
- 1 lemonsliced
- 1 sliced lime
- a handful ice cubes
- third of jug peach nectar or peach juice
- third of jug cloudy lemonade
- to fill jug sparking water
- to garnish strawberries or mint
- a slash peach schnappsoptional
Method
step 1
Put the juice of 2 lemons and 2 limes into a large jug. add 1 sliced lemon, 1 sliced lime and a handful of ice cubes. Add peach nectar, or peach juice, to fill about one-third of the jug and top up to two-thirds full with cloudy lemonade.
step 2
Add a few sliced strawberries and top up with sparkling water and mint sprigs. If you want to make it boozy, add a little peach schnapps.
