- 100g Barwheysgrated
- 100g unsalted buttercold, cut into chunks
- 1 tsp onion seeds
- 1/2 tsp paprika

Method
step 1
Heat the oven to 180C/fan 160C/gas 4. Put all the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor with a good pinch of salt and pulse until they start to come together.

Lightly work the dough to bring it just together, wrap in clingfilm and chill for 30 minutes.

On a lightly floured worksurface, roll the dough to ½cm thickness and cut with a 4cm diameter cutter.

Bake on a parchment-lined baking tray for about 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from the tray and cool on a rack.
