- ¼ cucumber, peeled and chunked
- a handful young spinach leaves
- ¼ avocado, peeled and chunked
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 large kiwi fruit, juiced
Method
- STEP 1
Put the cucumber, spinach, avocado and fruit juices into a smoothie maker or blender and whizz until smooth. Dilute with a splash of water if you like.
