Chase Lovecky

Chef Chase Lovecky is founder of Two Lights in London. Having grown up in Maine, USA, he moved to New York to cook at the three-Michelin-starred Jean-Georges, followed by David Chang’s two-starred Momofuku Ko. Eventually, he moved to London’s The Clove Club before setting up his own restaurant.
