Freddy Bird
Freddy Bird is chef-proprietor at littlefrench in his home city of Bristol. He trained at Ballymaloe before taking up roles at The Square and Moro in London, later becoming executive chef at the Lido restaurants in Bristol and Reading. Freddy is known for his use of great-quality ingredients and love for cooking over fire. His Gallic-style food at littlefrench follows suit and incorporates Mediterranean influences.
