Huzefa Sajawal is chef-owner of Soho’s chic Kolkata-inspired café, Fatt Pundit. Huzefa grew up in Mumbai, where he started his education in hospitality, before moving to London to complete his masters. Huzefa trained at JW Marriott Grosvenor House London and specialises in the Indo Chinese cuisine of Kolkata.
