Ian grew up in Surrey and gained his professional catering qualifications at Farnborough College. He’s been working in hospitality since the age of 16 and, over 20 years later, has honed his skills in kitchens around the country. Ian has also worked at The Ned in London and has recently been appointed as Head Chef at The Hut. His passion and fervour for food can be felt by all in the kitchen and will definitely be reflected in this season’s new menu.
