Josh Katz is chef owner of London BBQ restaurants Berber & Q Grill House and Berber & Q Shawarma Bar. Josh grew up in north London and trained at Galvin Bistrot de Luxe, Ottolenghi and Zest, and earned a Bib Gourmand in 2011. Josh is an expert on grilling and cooking over fire, and has traveled extensively in the Middle East and North Africa. His first book, Berber & Q; The Cookbook was published by Ebury Press in May 2018.
