Liam Barker is an experienced chef who has previously worked at Corrigan’s Mayfair, known for bold British cooking. Liam is currently working on a variety of food-related projects, including his own pop-up food concept serving up food in both Stockholm and London from his parent’s origins of Trinidad and Tobago. The pop-up takes the classic Trini dishes and flavours and put them into a menu that allows for people to get a whole Trini experience rather than just one main course. Liam also hosts cooking experiences where he teaches and learns about the effect immigration has on the food culture of the cities he lives in.
