Patrick Williams is chef and co-founder of London’s Kudu. Patrick comes from South Africa and began his career in Cape Town, where he cooked at fine-dining restaurants such as La Colombe and Camphors at the Vergelegen wine estate. Before Kudu, he was at Paradise Garage in Bethnal Green. At this restaurant, Patrick cooks modern European food with a South African edge.
