Paul Hood
Paul Hood is head chef at New York-Italian restaurant Hai Cenato, Jason Atherton’s latest London venue. Starting his career in 1996, Paul has worked in kitchens around the country, including Gordon Ramsay’s Maze. He left to become head chef at Atherton’s acclaimed Pollen Street Social, where he earned the restaurant a Michelin star a year after its opening. Paul has worked with Atherton ever since, helping to launch Social Eating House and Hai Cenato.
