Ronan Collins

Ronan is a cocktail and spirits consultant and presenter. Previously Ronan worked behind the bar at Trailer Happiness and Dandelyan before moving into the ambassador role for some of Irelands biggest and most loved whiskeys. He has travelled all over the world trying local food and drink, and visiting anything and everything that produces alcohol. Ronan is a qualified teacher for WSET in Spirits and holds WSET Level 3 in Spirits as well as having his General Certificate in Distilling. Although Ronan has lived in many places his heart will always be in Ireland. When not drinking Irish whiskey you may see him with a glass of champagne in hand. Follow him @whiskey4breakfast.
