Chef Rosie Healey is the founder of Gloriosa, a Mediterranean-influenced restaurant in Glasgow. She was previously head chef of Alchemilla, which she also co-founded. Rosie trained with Yotam Ottolenghi and has also staged at La Rochelle Canteen and Padella.
