Saiphin Moore

Thai chef Saiphin Moore grew up in northern Thailand before moving to Hong Kong and Jersey to start her food empire. She moved to London in 2006, where she started her now mini chain of Thai restaurants, Rosa’s Thai. She also owns a Laotian restaurant in Covent Garden, serving cuisine inspired by the city of Luang Prabang in Laos, from where her family originates. Saiphin is the author of two cookbooks, Rosa’s Thai Café and Rosa’s Thai Café: The Vegetarian Cookbook.
