Chef Zijun Meng is co-founder of TĀTĀ Eatery. He’s previously worked with Nuno Mendes at Michelin-starred Viajante and Chiltern Firehouse, among other venues. Originally from China, Zijun is influenced by both Asian and Portuguese cuisines (Ana Gonçalves, TĀTĀ Eatery’s other co-founder, was born and raised in Portugal).
