Mix up a bramble cocktail, then check out our rhubarb gin, singapore sling and vesper martini.

  • 50ml London dry gin
  • 25ml lemon juice
  • 12.5ml sugar syrup
  • 12.5ml crème de mure
  • to serve (optional) lemon wedge
  • to serve blackberries

    Method

    • step 1

      Shake the first three ingredients with ice and strain into a glass filled with crushed ice. Drizzle the crème de mure over the ice so that it bleeds through. Serve with a lemon wedge and blackberries, if you like.
