- 50ml Portobello Gin
- 20ml sugar syrup
- 20ml egg white
- 10ml violet liqueur
- to serve flower petals
Method

Put all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake really well to froth up the egg white.

Fine strain into a coupette glass and garnish with some flower petals.
