Ingredients
- a pinch chilli flakes
- 12.5ml lemon juice
- 12.5ml sherry
- 100ml good-quality tomato juice
- 5 dashes Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
- 50ml vodka
- a slice lemon
- smoked sweet paprika
- cubed ice
Method
- STEP 1
In a cocktail shaker, put a pinch of chilli flakes with the lemon juice, sherry, tomato juice, lea & perrins worcestershire sauce and a pinch of salt. Shake well, then add the vodka and shake again.
Run a slice of lemon round the rim of a highball glass, dip the rim into some smoked sweet paprika, fill with cubed ice, and strain the drink over.
