- 1 capsule espresso coffee
- 1 tsp (or to taste) brown sugar
- a large splash milk
- half a glass ice
Method
step 1
Brew a strong cafetière or espresso coffee and add the sugar while it’s still hot (otherwise the coffee tastes too bitter when cold). Add a big splash of milk, mix and pour over ice in a tall glass. Add a splash of your favourite coffee liqueur if you like.
