  • 50ml King of Soho gin
  • 15ml sugar syrup
  • 25ml lemon juice
  • 15ml fresh grapefruit juice
  • 3 leaves basil

    Method

    • step 1

      Pour all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake well with ice.

    • step 2

      Fine strain into a tumbler filled with ice and garnish with basil and a grapefruit slice.
