  • 1 tbsp chartreuse
  • 1 tbsp poire william
  • 1 tsp unrefined sugar
  • 100ml whole milk
  • a pinch (vanilla pod split and infused into sea salt for at least a day) vanilla salt
  • 30g dark chocolate
  • to serve nutmeg or cinnamon

    Method

    • step 1

      Pour the chartreuse and poire william into a pre-warmed mug. Add the sugar, milk, vanilla salt and chocolate to a pan and heat, whisking constantly but taking care not to let it boil. When gently steaming, pour over the liqueurs in your mug and top with some freshly grated nutmeg or cinnamon.
