- 500g strawberriesas ripe as possible, stalks removed
- 240ml tequila
- 120ml Cointreau or Grand Marnier
- 4 tbsp sugar syrup
- 2 limesjuiced, plus frozen slices to serve
Method
step 1
The day before serving, tip all of the ingredients into a freezer-proof box, stir, and freeze overnight.
step 2
To make the slushies, tip everything into a liquidiser or food processor and whizz until smooth.
step 3
Divide the margarita mix between glasses and add a frozen lime slice to serve.
