KitchenAid releases Design Series colour of the year 2024 for autumn baking

The mixer comes with accessories including a flat beater for batters, wire whisk and dough hook, making this a super versatile piece of kit for cakes, bread and so much more.

Previous Design Series mixers have included Blossom for 2023, a delicate blue mixer with a hammered copper bowl, and Shadow and Light, a white mixer with studded black bowl.

The new KitchenAid colour is available now. You can find it at KitchenAid online at KitchenAid and Harrods.

What colour is Evergreen?

KitchenAid's new colour, Evergreen, is a deep forest green with a lush matte finish. Evergreen isn't just a colour but a whole design. Alongside the colour of the body, the machine has a band in a slightly lighter complementary green with a leaf design. This leaf design is echoed in the distinctive brass coated hub cover.

We would argue that it's the bowl that makes Evergreen truly special. KitchenAid's mixer bowls are largely made from metal or glass, and this is the first time the brand has ventured into the world of wood with this elegant walnut version.

Which KitchenAid colour should I get?

KitchenAid is well known for its colourful stand mixers which make them uniquely customisable for your kitchen. The classic colours are Empire Red, White and Onyx Black with a glossy finish, but there are over 20 colours from the eye-catching Majestic Yellow to the creamy Pistachio. KitchenAid's Design Series is where the brand releases a limited edition stand mixer colour and bowl design which can only be purchased for one year.
