Banana and almond butter muffins
These delicious banana and almond butter muffins make a great, healthy on-the-go breakfast. Replacing normal butter with almond butter really cuts down the calorie count as well as adding flavour
Heat 500g of ready-made rice pudding with a pinch of ground cinnamon, ground cardamom or a grating of orange zest, and divide it between four shallow ramekins or heatproof bowls.
Stir 1 tbsp of single cream into each one. Sprinkle 1-2 tsp of crumbled halva onto each and grill for a few minutes until the top is bubbling. Serve with extra cream on the side, if you like.
