- 100g salted butter
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 4 tbsp soft brown sugar
- 3 tbsp almond butter
- 175g porridge oats
- 50g whole almondschopped
- 50g cashewschopped
- 50g pumpkin seeds
- 50g sunflower seeds

Method
step 1
Heat the oven to 180C/160C fan/gas 4. Put the butter, maple syrup, sugar and almond butter in a large pan and heat until melted. Stir in the oats, nuts and seeds, making sure everything is coated really well.

Tip into a lined 20cm tin and press down firmly. Bake for 35 mins until deep golden brown, then leave to cool completely in the tin. Remove from the tin and cut into 12 bars. Store in an airtight container.
