  • 225g very ripe strawberries
    after hulling
  • 1 tbsp caster sugar
  • 200ml condensed milk
  • 150ml whole milk

Method

  • step 1

    Heat the oven to 200C/fan 180C/gas 6. Halve the strawberries and toss with the sugar on an oven tray lined with baking paper. Roast for 15-20 minutes until soft and juicy. Tip into a blender or food processor with the condensed milk and whole milk and whizz until smooth. Divide between ice lolly moulds and freeze overnight.
