Campari spritz
Mix yourself an absolute classic – the campari spritz. Not as sweet as Aperol, Campari joins sparkling wine, sparkling water and a big wedge of orange in this cocktail
Americano cocktail
This classic cocktail is a precursor of the negroni and makes for a lighter, less boozy aperitif
Harvey wallbanger
A vibrant and classic brunch-worthy cocktail that's a great alternative to other orange juice based cocktails, like buck's fizz. It's easily scaled from 1-100.

American shandy recipe
- 20ml Campari
- 20ml vermouth
- beer
Method
step 1
Pour your Campari and vermouth into a tall glass and top up with cold beer – any old lager will do but it’s especially good with an IPA. You can add ice but I prefer it without.
Now try more Campari cocktails.
