  • 50ml blanco tequila
  • 50ml Aperol
  • 1 tbsp-25ml Cointreau
  • 25ml lime juice
  • sparkling water
    to top up (optional)
  • lime or orange wedge
    to garnish

    Method

    • step 1

      Put the tequila, Aperol, Cointreau and lime juice in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well to combine.

    • step 2

      Strain the cocktail into a glass filled with ice and top up with some sparkling water, if you like. Garnish with a wedge of lime or orange.
