- ml coldbrew coffee concentrate or espresso
- ripe avocado
- ml milk or plant-based drink
- 1tsp peanut butter
- 1tbsp honey or agave (or a small banana for natural sweetness)
- a handful ice
- a dash of vanilla
Method
step 1
In a blender add the avocado, coldbrew or espresso, milk, peanut butter, honey or agave and vanilla if using.
step 2
Throw in a handful of ice – add more for a thicker smoothie. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.

Pour into a glass, sip, and enjoy!
