  • ml coldbrew coffee concentrate or espresso
  • ripe avocado
  • ml milk or plant-based drink
  • 1tsp peanut butter
  • 1tbsp honey or agave (or a small banana for natural sweetness)
  • a handful ice
  • a dash of vanilla

    Method

    • step 1

      In a blender add the avocado, coldbrew or espresso, milk, peanut butter, honey or agave and vanilla if using.

    • step 2

      Throw in a handful of ice – add more for a thicker smoothie. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.

    • step 3

      Pour into a glass, sip, and enjoy!
