  • 25ml gin
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tbsp orgeat or amaretto
  • ½-1 tbsp cherry liqueur or brandy
  • dry rosé sparking wine
  • lemon twist or maraschino cherry
    to garnish

    Method

    • step 1

      Put the first four ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake hard, then strain into a chilled champagne flute, top with sparkling wine and garnish with a lemon twist or maraschino cherry.
