Biscoffee recipe

  • 30ml double espresso
  • 2 tsp speculoos biscuit spread
    (we used Biscoff), plus extra for the cup
  • 1-2 speculoos biscuits
    (or others of your choice, a ginger biscuit would work), crushed
  • 150-250ml heated textured milk

    Method

    • step 1

      Rim the cup or glass with biscuit spread and crushed biscuits. Add 1-2 teaspoons of biscuit spread to the glass with the espresso and mix. Fill with heated textured milk and serve.
