Think of the boulevardier as the negroni’s autumnal cousin, where using bourbon instead of gin adds a rich, rounded edge to the drink

- 25ml bourbon
- 25ml Campari(Cynar, an artichoke-based Italian amaro, would also work well)
- 25ml sweet vermouth
- orange twistto garnish
Method

Put all the ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir gently until the outside of the glass is very cold, then strain into an old fashioned glass or tumbler and garnish with an orange twist.
