Champagne mojito recipe
- 4 mint leaves
- 2 drops of Angostura bitters
- 20ml rum
- 25ml lime juice
- 15ml sugar syrup (you can buy this or make it yourself)
- proseccoto top up
Method
step 1
Pour all the ingredients, except the prosecco, into a mixing glass or shaker, put the lid on and shake.
step 2
Double-strain into a champagne flute and top up with prosecco.
