Make this Christmas spiced negroni, then check out our sloe gin fizz, Christmas hot chocolate and more Christmas cocktails.

A negroni lends itself well to a festive makeover as all its component parts – gin, Campari and sweet vermouth – are bold enough to take extra flavourings. The DIY infused gin in this recipe uses festive spices such as cinnamon, cloves and star anise, with extra whole spices and citrus peel to garnish the final cocktail. If you don't have time to make the gin, use a shop-bought spiced or festive gin instead – we've got some lovely gins with Christmassy flavours here.
