Aperol and tequila sour
Aperol makes more than a spritz! Combine it with tequila, Cointreau, lime juice and sparkling water to make a sophisticated sour
Put the amaretto, clementine and lemon juices, and the egg white, if using, in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well for at least 15 seconds, then strain into a tumbler and garnish with the clementine peel.
