Cosmo margarita
Cosmopolitan meets margarita in this fragrant and sophisticated cocktail, made with hibiscus tea, tequila and triple sec
Put the frozen cranberries in a pan with the caster sugar and 100ml of water. Heat gently for 6-7 mins, or until the sugar has dissolved, the mixture is simmering and the cranberries are starting to split. Leave to cool completely, then strain into a clean bottle or jug.
To make the cocktail, pour 50ml of the cranberry syrup and the gin into a mixing glass or jug. Add a large handful of ice and stir until diluted to your liking. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass to serve.
