Cynar boulevardier recipe

  • 25ml Cynar
  • 25ml scotch whisky
  • 25ml sweet red vermouth
  • ice
    to serve
  • orange peel
    to serve

    Method

    • step 1

      Put the Cynar, scotch whisky and sweet red vermouth in a mixing glass filled with ice, and stir until the outside of the glass feels cold.

    • step 2

      Strain into an old fashioned glass filled with ice and garnish with a twist of orange peel.
