- 20ml Campari
- 20ml Antica Formula vermouth
- ice
- blood orange wedgeto serve
Method
step 1
Stir together all ingredients over ice in a mixing glass until the mixture slightly loosens, then pour into an ice-filled glass and garnish with the blood orange wedge.
step 2
Add ice and stir for 30 seconds or until the glass is really chilled.
step 3
Garnish with orange peel before serving.
