Chocolate, orange and almond shortbreads
Our indulgent shortbread studded with almonds, chocolate and candied orange peel is the perfect accompaniment to that cuppa
Put the marmalade (you may need to mix with a little hot water to make it more runny), lemon juice and earl grey tea into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake really well and strain into a large tumbler filled with ice. Garnish with a few slices of fresh ginger.
