Frozen espresso martini recipe

  • 300ml strong filter coffee
  • one part of coffee liqueur
  • two parts of vodka
  • 10-15ml simple syrup
    (optional)
  • 3 coffee beans
    to garnish

    Method

    • step 1

      Pour the filter coffee into an ice cube tray and freeze until solid.

    • step 2

      Put the coffee ice cubes in a blender and add the coffee liqueur and vodka, adding the simple syrup if you prefer it sweeter. Blend until smooth, then pour into a chilled glass and garnish with the coffee beans.
