A clementine ‘last minute’ cocktail
Whip up this delicious clementine cocktail in just 5 minutes to delight your guests. Dry gin, crème de cassis and clementine is the perfect sweet and sour combination.
Pour sherry into a blender that’s suitable for crushing ice and add the orange juice, pineapple juice and 100g of ice cubes. Blend until smooth, then pour into a tumbler. Garnish with an orange wedge, if you like.
