Gingerbread old fashioned in a glass with some slices of ginger to garnish

1 tbsp gingerbread syrup or syrup from a jar of stem ginger
few dashes of Angostura bitters
50ml bourbon
few slices of ginger
to garnish

Method

step 1
Put the syrup and bitters in a tumbler and stir to combine. Fill the glass with ice, then pour over the bourbon. Stir well, then garnish with a couple of slices of ginger to serve.
