Grapefruit daiquiri recipe

  • 50ml white rum
  • 25ml fresh grapefruit juice
    plus rind to garnish
  • 15ml sugar syrup

    Method

    • step 1

      Put the rum, fresh grapefruit juice and sugar syrup in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well until the outside of the shaker feels cold. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a grapefruit twist.
