- 250g pomegranate juice (not from concentrate)
- 250g caster sugar
- a few dashes orange blossom water
Method

Combine the pomegranate juice and sugar in a pan and gently heat, stirring, until the sugar has dissolved.
step 2
Cool to room temperature, then stir in the orange blossom water. Pour into a sterilised bottle and seal. Keep in the fridge for up to a month.
