The rich, nutty flavours of Italian hazelnut liqueur Frangelico are balanced by bright lemon in this lovely after-dinner cocktail

- 50ml Frangelico
- 25ml lemon juice
- 1 egg white
- 1 lemon twist
Method

Put the Frangelico, lemon juice and egg white in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake really well for at least 15 seconds, then strain into a chilled coupe glass and serve garnished with a lemon twist.
