Try our hazelnut sour, then try whisky sour, Amaretto sour, gin sour, pineapple whisky sour, or guava chilli sour.

This can also be made with lime juice and would work well with a tot of bourbon for a punchier drink.


Hazelnut sour recipe

  • 50ml Frangelico
  • 25ml lemon juice
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 lemon twist

    Method

    • step 1

      Put the Frangelico, lemon juice and egg white in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake really well for at least 15 seconds, then strain into a chilled coupe glass and serve garnished with a lemon twist.
