  • 250ml white rum
  • 150ml dark or coconut rum
  • 200ml strawberry-flavoured syrup or grenadine
  • 250ml pineapple juice
  • 250ml orange juice
  • 4 limes
    juiced (about 100ml)
  • a pinch nutmeg
    freshly grated
  • a dash Angostura bitters
    (optional)
  • to serve orange, lemon and lime slices

    Method

    • step 1

      Tip all the ingredients except the fruit slices into a large pitcher. Stir and add plenty of crushed ice, finishing with the fruit slices to serve.
