Baileys coffee
Irish whiskey cream liqueur works a treat with coffee, balancing the bitterness of the beans with its silky creaminess. Use Baileys for a classic caffeinated sip that's great for the festive season
Extract your espresso and let it cool or chill. Use store-bought or homemade lavender syrup (recipe above). Fill a glass with ice then add lavender syrup, tonic water and lemon juice. Add the cooled espresso and stir. Garnish with lavender sprigs.
