Aperol and tequila sour
Aperol makes more than a spritz! Combine it with tequila, Cointreau, lime juice and sparkling water to make a sophisticated sour
Pour the tequila into a cocktail shaker with the lemon juice and Chambord. Add a large handful of ice and shake well until the shaker feels ice-cold. Double-strain into an ice-filled tumbler and serve. If you like, rub a little lemon juice around the glass first, then dip in sea salt flakes. You could also garnish with a few raspberries, too.
