- a couple of teaspoons of chilli salt(we used Mexican brand Tajin)
- lime wedge
- 50ml mezcal
- 25ml lime juice
- top with ginger beerto serve
- lime wedgesfor garnish
Method
step 1
Scatter a couple of teaspoons of chilli salt onto a saucer.
step 2
Run a lime wedge around the rim of a highball glass and dip the glass into the chilli salt.
step 3
Stir 50ml mezcal and 25ml of lime juice (use more if you want a zestier drink as the ginger beer will be very sweet) with plenty of ice in the glass, top with ginger beer and serve. Garnish with lime wedges.
