Roast duck with green olives
Impress with this roast duck recipe from Chiswick neighbourhood restaurant, The Silver Birch. The rich broth is infused with star anise, ginger and black peppercorns for a gentle spice
Pour all of the ingredients (except the olive and pepper) into a shaker, add 4-5 ice cubes and stir until the shaker is cold – do not shake. Strain and pour into a chilled glass. Garnish with a Guindilla pepper and a green olive on a cocktail stick.
